LDA Procedure Manual for Dr. Shrader's Office

            This manual was written by me for my staff to oversee the administration of LDA immunotherapy.  It contains complete instructions for the administration of the injections, what to watch, when to change doses, and pros and cons of LDA.  Physicians interested in LDA immunotherapy may purchase this manual, but it is for physicians only.  This manual will be mailed to physician's offices only - no exceptions.
